Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy before making a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or restrictions on future bookings.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

Calendar Owner Responsibilities

If you are a Calendar Owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
• Honor confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice of changes
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your calendar availability up to date
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Process refunds according to your stated policies

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Carimeet and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, email providers, etc.). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

Disclaimers

Service Availability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carimeet from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

Calendar Owners may be subject to subscription fees:
