Everything you need to know about appointment booking for your practice
Absolutely. By default, only the patient's first name appears in your calendar. The consultation reason (if requested) is visible only to you. Reminders are plain and don't mention the appointment type.
Add a note in your service description asking patients to share their reason by email. You can also include this instruction in the confirmation email. This helps you prepare for the consultation.
You set a cancellation deadline (24h, 48h) but keep control for special cases. In 2 clicks, you can cancel an appointment and free up the slot. Flexibility is important in your profession.
No. By default, the reminder email simply says "Reminder of your appointment on [date] at [time]". You can customize the text, but we recommend discretion.
Create a "Teleconsultation" service and add your Zoom/Meet link in the description. Your patients will see it after booking. You can also send it by email before each session.
Create two separate services with different durations and prices. "Initial consultation" (1h, €70) and "Follow-up" (45min, €60). Patients choose the right type when booking.
