Getting Started

Go to Calendar Settings > Booking tab. Ensure you have at least one active service and a valid calendar URL. Click "Activate Calendar" to make it public.
This feature will be available in a future update.
Share your calendar URL with clients. They can visit the link, choose a service, select an available time slot, and provide their information to complete the booking.

Bookings & Availability

Go to Calendar Settings > Availability tab. Enable/disable days and set start and end times for each day of the week.
Yes! In the Availability tab, use the "Closed Periods" section to block specific dates or date ranges for holidays or vacations.
Open the booking details and click "Cancel Booking". The customer will receive an automatic cancellation email if enabled in your notification settings.
This depends on your settings. Go to Calendar Settings > Booking tab and enable "Allow client rescheduling" if you want clients to reschedule independently.

Customization

Go to Calendar Settings > Design tab. You can customize primary and secondary colors to match your brand.
Currently, you can customize colors and add a welcome message. Logo upload is done in the settings page!
Go to Calendar Settings > Booking tab and edit the slug field. Make sure it's unique and professional.
Go to Calendar Settings > Design tab and scroll to the "SEO & Meta Tags" section. Add a compelling meta description (max 160 characters) and relevant keywords. These will appear in search results and when your page is shared on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). A good meta description can significantly increase click-through rates from search engines.

Payments & Pricing

Pricing information is displayed on the booking page. Payment processing integration is coming in a future update.
Go to Calendar Settings > Services tab. Edit each service and set a price. Prices are displayed to customers during booking.

Notifications

Booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, reminders (24h before), and no-show follow-ups. Configure them in Calendar Settings > Notifications.
Reminder emails are automatically sent 24 hours before the appointment time if enabled in your notification settings.
